Ans: a. All TB diagnosed cases need to be notified to the National TB Program b. Sharing monthly monitoring indicator of CBNAAT testing data as per program guidelines c. Willing to invest own cartridges for all 5 EQA panels d. Allow site visit along with state officials with mutual consensus

Ans: Contact your district TB Officer/IRL/State TB Cell

3. Can CBNAAT Lab register itself in CBNAAT EQA Portal?

Ans: No, only IRL can register your lab with basic details (like NRL Name, IRL Name, State, Lab Name & Lab email id)

4. Can NRL/IRL register their own lab as a CBNAAT site?

Ans: Yes

5. Can NRL/IRL register as supervisory site themselves in CBNAAT EQA Portal?

Ans: No, Admin will register and provide login credentials.

6. Can IRL register their supervisory NRL?

Ans: No

7. Can NRL/IRL update CBNAAT Site's lab details?

Ans: No, CBNAAT Lab has to update their own details

8. Can we register multiple labs with single email id?

Ans: No, one email id is required for one CBNAAT lab registration

9. Where can CBNAAT lab find their login code and password?

Ans: In registered email id of lab

10. Is system generated panel test reports, calibration document and feedback form necessary to upload?

Ans: Yes, preferable PDF version

11. Can I merge all panel test pdf reports into one pdf document and upload it into the portal?

Ans: No, individual panel test report needs to be uploaded

12. Can I test panel even if my CBNAAT machine is out of Calibration due date?

Ans: Yes

13. I received damaged panel tubes, what is my next action?

Ans: a. Send email communication along with damaged picture to NTI, they will send panel again b. Discard panel to Bio Medical Waste treatment

14. I received panel but I found one tube was damaged, can I proceed EQA testing with remaining panels?

Ans: No, send email communication to NTI about the damaged panel received and discard all panel to Biomedical waste treatment. NTI will send panel again.

15. If my site CBNAAT EQA Proficiency testing failed? Do I get another panel after corrective action taken?

Ans: Yes

16. Can I access CBNAAT EQA Portal in Smart Phone/Tablet?

Ans: Yes

17. If no Internet access for longer duration, what are my next steps?

Ans: a. Process the PT Panels b. Fill all results in given PT result format (Hard Copy) c. Take printout of system generated reports and calibration reports d. Fill feedback form Submit all hardcopies to NTI Bangalore via Post. Note: Keep all softcopies with you as backup

18. Do I require to register Mobile CBNAAT Van into this CBNAAT EQA Program?

Ans: Yes

19. If a site has multiple CBNAAT machines, do they need to register multiple times with different email ids?

Ans: No, Site needs to register only one time. After registration you need to add multiple CBNAAT machines.
