1. How to enroll in mWRD EQA Program?

Ans: Contact your PT Provider/Admin

2. Can mWRD Testing Lab register itself in mWRD EQA Portal?

Ans: No, only PT Provider/Admin can register your lab with basic details

3. Can NTRL/RTRL register their own lab as a mWRD site?

Ans: Yes

4. Can NTRL/RTRL register as supervisory site themselves in mWRD EQA Portal?

Ans: No, Admin will register and provide login credentials.

5. Can RTRL register their supervisory NTRL?

Ans: No

6. Can NTRL/RTRL update mWRD Site's lab details?

Ans: No, mWRD Testing Lab has to update their own details

7. Can we register multiple labs with single email id?

Ans: No, one email id is required for one mWRD lab registration

8. Where can mWRD lab find their login code and password?

Ans: In registered email id of lab

9. Is system generated panel test reports, calibration document and feedback form necessary to upload?

Ans: Yes, preferable PDF version

10. Can I merge all panel test pdf reports into one pdf document and upload it into the portal?

Ans: No, individual panel test report needs to be uploaded

11. Can I test panel even if my GeneXpert/TrueNat machine is out of Calibration due date?

Ans: Yes

12. I received damaged panel tubes, what is my next action?

Ans: a. Send email communication along with damaged picture to PT Provider/Admin, they will send panel again b. Discard panel to Bio Medical Waste treatment

13. I received panel but I found one tube was damaged, can I proceed EQA testing with remaining panels?

Ans: No, send email communication to PT Provider/Admin about the damaged panel received and discard all panel to Biomedical waste treatment. PT Provider/Admin will send panel again.

14. If my site PT Provider/Admin EQA Proficiency testing failed? Do I get another panel after corrective action taken?

Ans: Yes

15. Can I access mWRD EQA Portal in Smart Phone/Tablet?

Ans: Yes

16. If no Internet access for longer duration, what are my next steps?

Ans: a. Process the PT Panels b. Fill all results in given PT result format (Hard Copy) c. Take printout of system generated reports and calibration reports d. Fill feedback form Submit all hardcopies to PT Provider/Admin via Post. Note: Keep all softcopies with you as backup

17. If a site has multiple GeneXpert/TrueNat machines, do they need to register multiple times with different email ids?

Ans: No, Site needs to register only one time. After registration you need to add multiple GeneXpert/TrueNat machines.
